Mr. Tate presently serves as General Counsel to Webber, LLC, one of the largest construction companies in the USA.  Webber is owned by Ferrovial, SA (NASDAQ: FER), one of the world’s leading private-sector investors in transportation infrastructures, with a workforce of approximately 25,000 employees and operations in more than 15 countries.  Mr. Tate’s responsibilities as General Counsel include managing all legal matters on behalf of Webber, such as risk management, litigation and dispute oversight, contract and regulatory matters, employment matters, and environmental matters, as well as contributing to key corporate strategy and commercial decisions.
