I have been in the Floral nursery industry since i was 16 years old. Over the span of time i have learned to become a leader for the younger work force. I have become in expert in communications and sales, while I've learned how to use my time well spent and to always make sure no time is wasted and no mistakes are made if given a certain task. In 2018, i have advanced in the workplace for managing materials coming off the shipment such as flowers or produce. This made me a more mature worker in the work place because of the importance of the responsibility to get the product out in time. I volunteered to be a basketball coach to test out my ability for leadership and successfully worked in the long run by promoting discipline and sportsmanship. In 2019, i was able to have to the opportunity to apply book keeping and financial assessments with my internship at ATS Advisors.
