I manage and design a 1.5 acre urban farm that focuses on indigo production for natural dyes. I am in charge of management, training, and development of staff. I oversee the processing and production of the indigo crops. I implement policies and best practices for farmers who participate in the program.

I am responsible for the design, manufacture, and growth of Indigo. I manage a 1.5 acre farm and indigo production facility that is responsible for the drying, packaging, processing of the indigo crop. I also am responsible for the training staff and farmers on the best practices of sustainable agriculture methods in relation to the growth of indigo.

President and Ceo of non-profit 501c3 organization. As the president and CEO of the organization I am responsible for organizing and implementing strategies that will allow the organization to continue to prosper. I am responsible for securing funds and writing grants. In this position I also teach and direct many of the outreach programs of the organization. I work as a consultant for other organizations teaching and train in sustainable land management and agriculture. I am responsible for developing strategies that will work with their organizations in order to reach the goals that their organization is wanting to accomplish. I too am responsible for developing curriculum that is transferable to our school age agriculture program.

School Gardens Program Director in my role as the director of the school gardens I am responsible for the strategic long term school garden planning of 27 schools throughout the state of Oklahoma. I this role I have developed STEM bases school garden curriculum that ranges for grade levels 3-12 that targets age appropriate content that is relevant to the students core subject areas. I go to schools to teach students in gardens with direct learning strategies. I am also responsible for coordinating, planning, and training school staff professional development courses in sustainable agricultural strategies and methods. As the gardens director I am responsible for managing, recruiting, and training a large community volunteer group in gardening. I too work to secure long term funding for the organizing through grant writing, and coordinating an annual sponsor banquet. In my capacity I am constantly working to develop multimedia educational content that volunteers and paid subscribers can log into in learning more about sustainable agricultural practices.

Guest Teacher Coordinator and 7th Grade Technology Teacher in this administrative position I am responsible for the day-to-day coordination of teacher operations. In this role I am responsible for organizing and implementing systems to ensure all teachers have lesson plans and assignments in place for daily classroom instruction and in the case of absences. I too serve as a recruiter and manager for substitute teacher in which I assisted with the payroll and manage hours worked. I am the contact for the entire school in the case of teacher absences and ensuring that the classes are covered. In may role as 7th Grade Technology Teacher I was responsible to designing, developing, and teaching curriculum that worked in alignment with the Oklahoma State Standards for Technology, this included teaching students: keyboarding, web design, blogging, Google Applications, coding, and video design.

Special Education Mild and Moderate teacher working in with students an inclusion classroom setting. In this role I work as a co-teacher in Language Arts, Biology, Pre Algebra. I designed and implemented a modified curriculum that allowed Special Education Students to flourish in a general classroom setting. I also work as the Band Director, in which I am responsible with instructing and teaching beginning musicians. I was also responsible for planning, and organizing a caseload as a Case Manager where I wrote individualized educational plans(IEP) for numerous students on my caseload. In the role of case manager I too was responsible for monitoring the academic and behavioral progress of the students under the tutelage of my care.
