CurrentI began my tenure at Lucid Travel as an intern and progressively advanced through several key roles within the organization. I collaborated closely with executive officers to support strategic initiatives and drive organizational growth. My responsibilities included managing daily interactions with new clients, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs, and strengthening existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Over time, I have transitioned into various roles, including Onboarding Specialist, Customer Success team member, and Sales team contributor. Additionally, I participated in teams dedicated to enhancing email automation systems, which impact both clients and internal departments, thereby improving overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
