My role involves interacting with both our customers and our carriers to provide the best logistical solutions for our accounts. I hunt down trucks, negotiate rates, and track shipments from pickup to delivery. On the customer side, I assist in providing quotes and updates promptly in order to give the best customer service possible. This position requires flexibility, strong negotiation and problem solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Specialize in Wall and Floor Coverings departments. Use of product and project knowledge to assist store guests by ensuring that they have the resources needed to finish their projects correctly. Aside from product sales, I am responsible for merchandising and regularly completing retail paperwork for each department.

As a Sales Floor Leader, I assumed managerial duties when the store manager was absent. Regular responsibilities included product sales, employee training, special order placement, store organization, and general customer service.
