In my current position, I actively manage projects through administrative, budget, and quality control duties. Administrative duties include pre-construction activities, buyout of subcontractors and suppliers, oversight of material procurement. Budgetary responsibilities include executing owner and subcontractor change orders, review of monthly pay applications, projecting expenditures, and quarterly financial reporting. Quality control duties include generating and closing-out RFI’s, oversight of the submittal approval process, conducting weekly team meetings, and updating the project schedule. Additionally, I assist with the training and development of new employees and experienced Project Engineers.
