I emphasized family values and I strove to create a family culture with all of our employees. In 2012, we were approached by Global Imaging Systems, a subsidiary of Xerox, to sell our company. We had just completed two consecutive record years and we were not looking to sell our company at the time. We had contemplated that at some point in the future, to ensure the ongoing success of this great company, we would sell our company to a partner that could ensure the long-term success for our employees and customers. We recognized that the opportunity to partner with Xerox, the leading brand in our industry, was something we should consider. After many discussions and exchange of information, we were excited to begin the next phase of RK Dixon as a subsidiary of Xerox. We were most excited about the fact that all employees would be retained and that we would continue to operate similarly as we had before and that I would continue to lead the company.
