As a Director at CBRE, I am part of the Investment Properties team based out of Newport Beach, representing Private Capital Buyers & Sellers in the sale of Office, Industrial and Medical Office properties across the West Coast. Since joining CBRE in 2016, I have had the privilege of being involved in over 500 property sales, with a combined value exceeding $7.7 billion.As a utility player on the team, I manage our listings, engage with investors, negotiate offers, and oversee the escrow process to ensure smooth and successful transactions. I strive to fill in where needed on many different projects depending on our client's and the collective team's needs. Prior to my current position, I began my career at CBRE as an operations analyst on the Business Intelligence Team. During this time, I gained valuable experience in analyzing national commercial markets, investment sales trends, and global capital flows movement, providing valuable support to CBRE's Capital Markets leadership.
