Whether someone is a first time leader or has decades of experience, I enjoy guiding leaders and helping them become more effective in growing and supporting their teams. I have had the pleasure of utilizing my innate ability to develop leaders in the following ways:1) I've had the unique opportunity to be part of a start up and be part of the leadership team from inception. For those of you that are going through, or have gone through this journey, you understand there are many ups and downs as a company grows. I have not loved every minute of the journey as there are many challenges you must go through, but I am forever grateful for the opportunity to have developed leaders that have grown within our organization and developed those who are now industry executives and leaders.2) As leaders we must deliver for our clients. Part of my focus in the aspect of leadership development has been to teach our leaders to not only develop the individual but show them how focus on delivery and how to help their teams provide a higher level of service to our clients through emotional intelligence.3) Beyond the development of leaders, I have been the one called on to have the difficult conversations and coach individuals in jeopardy so that they have the opportunity to not only improve, but thrive. 4) I've had the pleasure of having a short stint as a Dean, where I coached professors as well as students to become better versions of themselves. 5) Even though we all have the same 24 hrs, I often hear that people don't have time to spend with their teams. This is an area I've gone to great lengths to make sure 1:1 time is spent with a leader so they understand where growth is needed, how to manage their time, and what the next steps are for their growth. In order to be effective in this area I've had the opportunity train leaders on how to build a more effective organization.In addition, I am also a delivery professional. I have experience in the healthcare, telecom, financial, and food/beverage industries. My experience includes leading programs/projects and client teams in the areas of IT Infrastructure, cloud, software development, and ecommerce. I have a solid track record of success leading large cross-functional and globally distributed teams in the implementation of leading-edge business solutions.
