Collaborate with partners and stakeholders across various levels of the Bank, facilitating accelerated innovation and project delivery, and fostering adoption of cloud native architectures and practices. Design, lead and support the implementation of highly-integrated enterprise customer relationship and data management (CRM, CDM) solutions across wealth management, capital markets, insurance and health verticals with a focus on data security, analytics, reporting and mobile components. Work with project managers and business sponsors to develop project plans, resourcing and technical estimates, and ensure that projects have a clear, achievable technical strategy for implementation.Develop and foster trusted relationships with client project resources, consistently providing high levels of customer satisfaction while driving and delivering projects to successful completion.
