Installs, operates and maintains computer systems and LAN. Performs functions at multiple levels within the Brigade. Installs, operates and maintains servers and information systems in Tactical Operations Command. Provide direct support to end users for all operating systems, peripherals, and applications, including Information Dissemination and Content Staging. Installs, tests, maintain and upgrade system software and hardware to comply with Information Assurance requirements.

Provide support for students during open lab hours regarding electronic simulation software, and computer and/or network configurations and setup. Maintain equipment in the lab for both networking and electronics fields. Implement network upgrades and security features to protect the lab network. Perform maintenance on computers and network connected devices at both a hardware and software level.
