Responsible for setting and exceeding service and sales goals of the agency. Served current customers by recommending appropriate coverage based on their needs and assisting with the claims process. I conducted consultative sales appointments to discover clients needs properly. Having excellent written and oral communication skills was a requirement. Other duties included providing information and proposals for auto, home, life, motorcycle and commercial insurance. I was required to build relationships with new and existing customers and proactively identify and act on cross-sell opportunities. I was also tasked with prospecting and generating new business through leads and referralsI conducted policy reviews and updated coverage for clients to ensure that our services met their needs.

I created Gametime Sports Talk, a regional sports talk radio program which increased listeners, generated new revenue for my company, and recruited new customers for my clients as sponsors. As an Air Traffic Controller I was responsible the separation of aircraft and issuance of safety alerts as my highest priority. I was also responsible for the safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of all aircraft in my area of control. I’m thoroughly trained in effective communications that can be received successfully and require action. I assess situations accurately and make the best decision possible. My experience in working as a rated Control Tower Operator in America, Europe, and the Middle East Region has given me a wealth of knowledge and perspective.
