My time at Spherion built my entrepreneurial skills (without investing my own money!). Here I had the opportunity to build a industry leading administrative staffing branch from site selection, establishing a 5-person branch team building a multi-million client portfolio in 2 years. I also spent a year and a half Directing a turnaround operation within the Technology Branch operations. Oh the lessons learned with being a leader. Spherion Inc., a $3 billion human capital management organization that helps companies enhance workforce performance through consulting and staffing practices. Held management and director positions with Spherion’s administrative and technology consulting divisions. Responsible for technology consulting and staffing solutions within the St. Louis market, business development, marketing strategies, employee development, and P&L financial management of branch operations.

Datastorm, what an amazing first FT job in the world of software and HR! The culture here was amazing and landed some of the best talent in the US at that time. This privately held company was one of the last 12 acquisitions from a software industry leader. Post acquisition I was the last standing HR Generalists.
