 Support sole and syndicated underwriting of municipal bond issuances. Principal quantitative banker responsible for structuring fixed income solutions via financial modeling (i.e. DBC modeling, cash flow sensitivity analysis, take-out scenarios and projections). Lead Analyst for over $3.4 billion in transactions. Prepare official statements and other offering documentation for marketing, investor education and pricing of fixed income products. Prepare and presented client, investor and credit rating agency pitch books. Monitor industry indices for refunding scenarios of past issuances to provide savings updates and financing ideas to issuers. Assist senior bankers in providing state and local governments with advice relative to structuring and execution of multiple tax status securities, public offerings, private placements, structured products and financial and strategic opportunities. Research market, credit, tax, regulatory, accounting, legal, policy and issuer-specific issues relevant to prior and future transactions. Assist in the execution of transactions, which includes documentation, pricing, presentations to investors and rating agencies, policy compliance and deal closing coordination. Responsible for identifying future prospecting opportunities and building a book of relationships with industry professionals.
