I am networking with ASU and Thunderbird Alumni within the global business space to introduce many different industries and opportunities to my members. I am also helping develop events and collaborations with other clubs to further positively impact the community and exemplify different opportunites in the International Business space.

I attended meetings and speaker events which focused on the international business community as well as teaching the general knowledge of international business curtesy.

Member of the inaugural class of hellohive's Student Advisory Board.Joined first-ever group of early career advisors to provide feedback and insights for business strategies.

I work in developing events and other activities to increase engagement within the Thunderbird School of Global Management while also providing academic support.

I help with the management of the floor set up and layout of Terrain Café. I continue to strive to increase excellence within the restaurant with customer experience and customer service. I have also helped in training new hostesses at both the original location (Glen Mills) and new, opening locations (Doylestown).

I communicate with staff and customers effectively and have helped increase the customer perception of the restaurant. I have led training both at this location and at other locations during their openings. I lead front of house activity if managers are unable to be present and handle crises before escalation occurs.

I developed both lead generation techniques as well as created a sales lead database as well as the creation of a cold call script for the leads. I also aided in the development of standard operating procedures for the sales department. Helped work on three case studies to highlight Songbird Productions and the results of collaboration.

Blackstone Launchpad provided me the opportunity to work at Songbird Productions over the summer. I was able to listen to webinars from people across the Blackstone company along with their different opportunities for graduating seniors. Also, I was able to network with people across the United States from different universities with similar goals.

Focused on helping develop first versions of Business policies such as Corporate Policy, Food and Safety Manuals, and others. Created version 1.0 Crisis Management Policy focusing on the correct actions for both the corporate run restaurants and future franchised restaurants. Formalized the second version of the Standard Operating Procedure with focus on changing the language. Learned how new restaurants decide brand elements like color schemes and cutlery. Experienced how supply chain breakdowns can impact the overall restaurant experience.

I helped open and close the pool as well as work with fellow employees on pool safety. I was relied upon by pool members and the swimming instructor staff. I was quick to action and helped both in and out of water emergencies and first aid support.

I was able to successfully teach fellow students Statistics and the R program. In doing so I was able to communicate with my peers and help increase their understandings and growth in the statistical field.

I worked front of desk which helped provide directions, checking students in and out of the library, and helping shelve items. I also participated in a study focusing on the organizational layout of libraries which was presented at a national conference.

I was able to successfully run a pool from open to close and introduce inner-city Philadelphia kids to urban living. I was also able to successfully manage swimming lessons and other water based activities.

I worked with a team to provide lifeguarding services. I communicated with customers both in and out of crisis and helped the team accurately respond to a crisis. I was also able to successfully save lives both in and out of the pool in both life threatening and lower scale emergencies.
