As the Director of the Department of Health and Safety at WSU, I lead comprehensive healthand safety initiatives, focusing on mental health, sexual violence awareness, and campus safety.I successfully collaborated with Cougar Health Services and other key departments, enhancingstudent health education and crisis management. Under my leadership, the departmentorganized significant events during Mental Health Awareness and Sexual Assault EducationWeeks, significantly raising student engagement and awareness. Additionally, I played a crucialrole in introducing and promoting the use of fentanyl test strips on campus, pioneering a criticalcomponent in student safety measures.

Actively participate in a pivotal student-led committee aimed at shaping Cougar Health Servicespolicies to enhance physical, mental, and emotional health across the WSU campus. Serve as akey liaison between the student body and Cougar Health Services.

Then I identify he desired product and extract it from the rest of the by-products through a variety of methods,using separatory funnels, TLC plates, and chromatography.
