Scheduling, event creation, and calendar management for a federal congressional campaign. Staff for fundraisers, meet and greets, and other candidate meetings. Ran volunteer operations such as outreach and recruitment, mobilization, and volunteer material creation for the campaign in Larimer County. Assisted compliance team with donation verification and re-attribution ensuring all campaign activities met federal standards. Created fundraising lists, generated donation leads, and followed up on donation pledges.

At Geordie Duckler P.C., my main task was to utilize the firm billing software, SageTimeslips, and ensure 100% accurate and on-time billing every month for the firm's 70 clients. Working individually, I was able to generate and edit 200+ pre-bills using this software and finalized the invoices whether electronically or through the postal system. Overall I was able to improve the accuracy of bill collection permanently.

Managed calendar and scheduling needs for District Attorney candidate. Mobilized volunteers for door knocking and phone banking efforts. Staffed candidate at fundraisers, meet and greets, and other candidate appearances. Helped to develop messaging, field, and fundraising strategies. Followed up on donation pledges and ensured compliance with legal standards.

Lead multiple transition committees focused on the different departments within Denver city government. Organized engagement efforts between the various committees and the public ensuring public input was heard and incorporated into transition efforts. Facilitated committee and community meetings. Engaged in broad community outreach to support committees with all available information possible. Assisted with drafting and editing transition committee recommendations to the Mayor-Elect.

As a finance fellow I assisted with fundraising activities such as call list generation, fundraiser staffing, and compliance support. I also worked with the field team with volunteer mobilization and management.

As a construction freelancer I have spent time working on a variety of projects with many different contractors. Some of my larger projects include the remodeling of a personal home to add an additional story and update all fixtures. As well as the creation of a sustainable greenhouse using a ground-to-air heat transfer (GHAT) system to ensure a plant happy environment. Most recently I have spent much of my time painting and refreshing rental units, and assisting private individuals with their construction needs.

While working as a salesperson at Columbia Sportswear I was able to contribute to the meeting or exceeding of daily sales targets. I was able to do that by ensuring all customer questions were answered and needs were met either on the sales floor, at the sales counter, or in the fitting rooms. Another one of my tasks was to stock the floor and curate displays in order to optimize the store experience. By showcasing new items and sale items I assisted in driving sales for my store.

During my time at the Portland Gear Brand Camp I got the opportunity to work with a team of other students to create a new brand campaign for a local business. We spent time researching the business and its brand identity, as well as analyzing market trends to create a new campaign to grow the business. We then presented our new plan to a board of executives. This experience put into practice many of the skills I learned in college. Additionally, it offered me a unique chance to further develop my teamwork and presentation skills.

As a competitor in Dual Interpretation, Public Forum debate, and Worlds debate, I learned and practiced many presentation and argumentation skills at the state and national levels. Focusing most of my time on Dual Interpretation and Public Forum debate I was able to become a three-time district champion in both events and to advance to the state championship each time. This was an invaluable experience because it taught me many foundations of research, strategy, and communication in the context of current events.
