I would manage a full fifteen hour school schedule while also putting in twenty plus hours a week at the firm. I would handle all incoming checks and delegate to their respected places. Furthermore I collaborated daily with local banks using Microsoft teams to track individuals accounts requiring garnishment.

I was responsible for overseeing the recruitment of over two thousand potential new members and narrowing that number down to 60 men who closely align with our core values of Love, Honor and Truth. I would help organize large events and plan rush events for new members. Throughout my time as Recruitment Chairmen I greatly improved my communication skills and also heavily developed my time management skills.
