Sr. Operations Associate
CurrentSummary:Responsible for effectively supporting and managing the quality components related to the onboarding and maintenance of talent, including offer letters, background verifications, extensions, employment authorization requirements, metrics reporting, etc. Interfaces with Compliance and Quality to develop and improve processes/documentation. Lead Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Finance to ensure the accurate reporting of billable hours, client invoicing, and flexible staff payment.- Responsible for creating and leading quality audit processes, and leading the FSS salaried payroll and VMS audits/record transitions.- Full management of the unemployment process.- Collaborate with the Manager of Operations to coach and mentor junior team members and recruitment teams in matters of the onboarding/payroll processes and legal compliance.- Manage development and execution of client-specific exhibits/WO's for specific client programs.- Support client programs by providing direction, developing processes related to onboarding contract processing, timesheet/expense processing, etc. - Design and deliver operational training for recruiting and sales teams.
