• Work with 43 senior students to write recommendation letters, complete applications, discuss financial aid and ultimately assist in the final college decision process.
• Support 45 junior students in the college process from list building and college visits to essay writing and recommendation letter selection and requests. Responsible for writing their counselor recommendation letters.
• Assist 52 sophomore students in the beginning steps of the college process and course advisement.
• Create and teach new college class curriculum to address the addition of sophomore students to course and case load.

• Charged with creating a bi-annual counselor one day bus tour of the University from targeted recruitment areas as well as an annual, multi-day, bus tour of various institutions for counselors from around the country.
