Located inside of a Bowling Alley, Lane 33 bar is a small but bustling bar. During my time here I have expanded my customer service skills through getting to know the bars regulars and bringing in a few of my own. While also learning the ins and outs of bartending including mixing specialty cocktails, crafting my own signature drinks, stocking deliveries, and more.

Working in collaboration with the Catering Sales Director this job has directly involved me with each catering client. The experience has included networking and communicating with clients to following through with each of their requests. Each event is unique on their own and it has been my task to cater our many BBQ options to the needs of each specific client.

Hired as a barista, my time at Starbucks was spent performing a variety of tasks that helped with the overall flow of each shift. This included crafting specialty company beverages to the liking of customers, taking orders and completing transactions, and maintaining quick but efficient speeds during daily peak times. Overtime I was promoted to a barista trainer in which I not only trained future baristas on the basics of Starbucks (making drinks, taking orders, etc.) but also on how to do these things while upholding the company's missions and values.

Initially hired as a Food and Beverage intern, my time at the Club was spent learning the ins and outs of navigating Food and Beverage in the private club industry. At the club I started my time working as a busser, then hostess, and have recently been promoted to server. During this time I have memorized the restaurants extensive menu and proper wine pairing, maintained accurate speed of service, fulfilled the daily expectations of fine dining service, and built relationships with the team and club members,

T4 Café is a small business boba shop and restaurant located in the San Fernando Valley. During my time there I worked my way up from a Boba Barista and member of the Kitchen Crew to Assistant Manager. As Assistant Manager I took on more tasks including receiving and verifying deliveries, updating store procedures for increased effectiveness, training new recruits, and more.
