Provide complete support for ORAT trials. Confirm the readiness of the area, prior handing over to client (ORAT team) for occupancy takeover. Lead the closure of snags, NCRs, EI, dilapidation of the area handover.Lead the team for final inspection and approval prior handover. Submission of handover documents as per Project handover plan.Organize final inspection with all parties for handover.Coordination with Abu Dhabi Airport (ADAC)- Engineering, Facility Management and security teams to arrange access permits for work, inspections and maintenance (Airside & Landside). Provide complete support for preparation and arrangements of ORAT trials including Baggage Handling System (BHS), Check in areas, Departure, Arrivals, Passenger boarding Gates, as per ORAT trail schedule. Provide support to the Airport client (ADAC) for their visits as per the schedule. Actively involve in the Security/Police sweep program and assist the security team during sweep to complete as per the schedule.
