I'm Brandon Troy Hack (typically go by my middle name, Troy). I've worked in multiple customer service fields including being contracted at Apple and a full-time CS Agent at HomeAway and elevated to IT Specialist from my current experience at TaskRabbit. I've gone from Customer Service Specialist to Junior, IT Specialist within two years time. After a year I'm now a full IT Specialist. My core work values are teamwork, adaptability, honesty, willingness to learn and grow, along with having a high degree of self-confidence. I attempt to provide insights and suggestions during meetings and try to help foster a caring and encouraging workspace for all my teammates along with a very high willingness to find ways to improve the department. My goal is to uplift everyone I work with and take the time to ensure I communicate clearly with anyone I assist as I view it as a learning experience for both parties.In short, I adore problem-solving, learning new skills or experiences through my coworkers, and helping people. My goals are to become a Network Specialist and eventually get into Cybersecurity. Skilled in all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.), Okta, Google Workspace, MacOS, Atlassian (JIRA and Confluence), Microsoft Azure, JAMF, Slack, Zoom, ordering/provisioning, and Google-fu.
