I was tasked with overseeing the implementation of a new 3PL software, managing all 3PL operations and employees, while still having significant responsibility over manufacturing operations.I have learned over the past couple of years that the only way to solve inefficiencies is to collect accurate data. While in this role, I have created data collection and analysis systems using simple Google forms and sheets. I constantly use them to identify ways to reduce labor costs, increase production line efficiency, and most importantly empower the production employees to find solutions themselves. I behave as a liaison between our Sales team, production team, warehouse team, and 3PL team. I am essential in ensuring a smooth hand off between each department and communicating the appropriate information.

I managed the entire supply chain from beginning to end from quoting turnkey products for customers, ordering raw materials locally and internationally, scheduling manufacturing, to shipping finished goods to the customer.I managed our company's largest account, meeting with the client 1-2 times a week.I identified weaknesses in the supply chain, such as high raw material pricing, unnecessary labor costs, and unsustainable practices with suppliers.

I organized and maintained all the internal data such as inventory management data, procurement, invoicing, and production efficiency data. My main role was to keep track of everything going on within the company and communicate necessary information to other relevant internal stakeholders.I implemented a new warehouse barcoding software that tracks inventory locations and usage. This has helped SMPL become more accurate in purchasing and picking for manufacture orders, as well as decreased the amount of time spent locating and pulling inventory.

I allocated 12+ hours weekly of one-on-one tutoring and clarify complex topics. I have taught over 50 lectures about various economic topics to undergraduate students both in-person and remote.

I managed the requisition and distribution of tests, PPE equipment, and administrative tools. I also helped to develop a new process that increased the number of daily tests administered from 3,000 to 6,000 daily.

Led a team of 4 interns to bring recycling to municipalities without a formal program. We created content for social media platforms and the company website, as well as developed a marketing expansion plan.
