I was tasked with overseeing the implementation of a new 3PL software, managing all 3PL operations and employees, while still having significant responsibility over manufacturing operations.I have learned over the past couple of years that the only way to solve inefficiencies is to collect accurate data. While in this role, I have created data collection and analysis systems using simple Google forms and sheets. I constantly use them to identify ways to reduce labor costs, increase production line efficiency, and most importantly empower the production employees to find solutions themselves. I behave as a liaison between our Sales team, production team, warehouse team, and 3PL team. I am essential in ensuring a smooth hand off between each department and communicating the appropriate information.
