Analysis of various production lines within the two factories to design, create and implement vital operational documentation - SIPOC diagrams, Job Task Profiles, LO Maps, LMPs, Troubleshooting SOPs, Quick Reaction Guides and Safety SOPs.- Defence Contract (SATCOM System) Development of SADL related documentation (LMP, TSP, TRR, JI etc) - TNA for individuals, companies & industries- Built learning packages for things like leadership, coaching, task allocation, culture, resilience, & so on. - Created assessment instruments such as Formative, Summative, Levels 1-4 (Kirkpatrick) and Culture Splash.- Delivered training, coaching and consulting services across a range of areas; in-person, online and blended.- Designed and executed course validation programmes.- Provided retained services support to various ogranisations to meet insourcing needs (Acting VP People, Head of L&D etc)2.
