I have more than 28 years of experience in the fields of planning, construction and inspection of major building, roadway and bridge construction projects in South Carolina and Georgia. My responsibilities involve daily management of inspection staff, review of all inspections and material testing, project estimation and bids, scheduling inspections, reporting and invoicing. Our construction inspection division has a major focus on both horizontal and commercial construction material testing and building code enforcement. While employed with the SCDOT as a Resident Construction Engineer, I managed many multi-million dollar projects, simultaneously. I've also worked at the District level as the Assistant District Construction Engineer, serving as the District Liaison for both CRM-East and CRM-West programs for all CRM projects within the District.
