I'm the senior developer for a small company, currently comprising 8-10 people including the MD who provide tools and consultancy typically in the area of psychological assessments for the HR departments of a large and growing number of companies.I'm responsible for designing, developing and maintaining web based tools and applications that generate a substantial proportion of the company's income. These systems are mainly Object Oriented PHP5.4 (Laravel/Symphony MVC framework), MySQL based Web2.0 applications generating XHTML with CSS2-3 targetting all current browsers with support for smart phones and apps in progress.

Logica (HMG system): Employed as Contractor Nov 2009 – 18th Aug 2010 (extended twice) Contracting as consultant and developer on a large Case Management system for HM Government using Opentext’s Livelink ECM (version 9.7.1). Details are restricted, but responsibilities include:• Developed new modules/Ospaces in Oscript using Livelink Builder SDK to customise Livelink, overriding existing and providing new functionality;• Developed a set of common Oscript utility libraries (code re-use);• Enhanced Livelink User-Group management facilities for restricted user/group managers;• Developed custom schema creation/maintenance/population scripts;• Developed common Oracle PL/SQL procedures and functions to be called from internal/external reports and Oscript modules (avoiding hard-coded SQL in components);• Development of administration facilities for maintaining custom configuration stored in both ini (opentext.ini and module.ini) files and KINI database table;• Configuration and administration of reference system with documentation for deployment;• On-site team liaison/coordinator for remote-working project manager, team leader;• Support and liaison with Logica test team;• Security clearance: SC+ granted May 2010
