CurrentAgile software developer, performing software development and customization utilizing PHP, MySQL, ExtJS, and Symfony for institutes LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) framework. Utilized Atlassian tools for agile development, code repositories, code testing and builds, development life cycle, documentation, bug tracking, pull requests, and user testing.• Development of legacy modules in our LIMS system, utilizing PHP, MySQL, Javascript, & Dojo.• As a team, we developed an MVC framework utilizing Symfony, PHP, and MySQL (MariaDB) as the back-end framework, and ExtJS for the front-end UI. • Create LIMS module for Scientific Grant requests, which tracked reviews, internal approvals, and acceptance of the Grants. The module also allowed for follow up tasks to be set and tracking of the budget data.• Development of the Publications and ODR (Original Data Repository) Review module, which allow researchers to submit their publications for an internal review work flow before submitting to a publisher. Once approve and accepted, the system would update the external website with publication and ODR data.• Development of a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) module, which tracks material transfer agreements for incoming and outgoing materials. The module utilized a work flow for approvals and collection of required data.• Development of a Regulations and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) module for tracking of member's medical screening approvals, training, IBC, IACUC, and Primary Human material regulatory information. The module provided for annual reviews of regulatory data and committee approvals.• Miscellaneous development in all other LIMS modules related to the institute core services Calendars, Cytometry, Fly Stock, Glass Wash, Histology, Library Services, Media Prep, Microscopy, Molecular Biology, Operations, Purchasing, Scientific Projects Security, and Tissue Culture.• ServiceNow Administration and Development.
