I grew up in a military family and have lived around diverse types of leaders throughout the world my entire life. These experiences developed a desire in me to lead people to accomplish great things. My career has been a giant leadership lab and I have been fortunate to serve in a variety of positions that had unique leadership challenges. Being a leader has taught me that people who are inspired to work together can accomplish far more than I ever could myself.
