I am currently working at Western Vet Partners, where I work remotely as a Business Development Associate. Working here I learned how to have conversations with veterinary practice owners about their goals, and how partnering with WVP could help them reach their goals. Working many veterinary trade shows, I learned how to ask questions in order to discover owners pain points, and then was able to effectively communicate how selling to WVP could provide them with the resources to solve their problems. Working here I have become resourceful in doing research on veterinary practices and developed my teamwork skills, working with teammates to develop and continuously alter our outreach strategy. This has helped me to consistently bring high quality practices to the WVP team every month. Previously, working at Sherwin-Williams in Denver, CO as an assistant manager. I have gone to three different districts through Sherwin-Williams starting in 2019. I worked through the supply chain shortages; and over those two years I observed many managing styles and processes. I have worked in a store and helped with the process of onboarding new management trainees and employees. I have put together sales events that increased my stores sales. I learned how to maintain a well-kept store that has won the award for best kept store for over three years. I am very proud of my work and have a strong passion to learn.
