I hold a Master of Public Administration degree from National University, with a focus on public administration and organizational leadership. I also have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations from University of California, Los Angeles. I am currently an Electronic Warfare Instructor Pilot, a CRM Instructor, and an Assistant NATOPS Department Head at US Navy, where I conduct advanced classroom and flight training, develop instructional materials, and ensure squadron standardization and safety.In my previous roles as a NATOPS Evaluator, a Fleet Replacement Squadron Instructor, and an Electronic Warfare Mission Commander, I demonstrated my expertise in crew resource management, flight safety, and general aviation. I led and supported multiple intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions worldwide, as well as taught and evaluated over 50 replacement pilots on various aircraft systems and procedures. I am passionate about enhancing the performance and well-being of naval aircrew, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team as a multi-engine aircraft commander and a naval aviation safety officer.
