Responsible for the handling, routing, pick-up and delivery activities of mail operation and the assignment & participation of tasks involving all activities; performs related duties as required.Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail & packages according to assigned floors and within established time frames. Wrap, seal, weigh, affix postage and dispatch all outgoing mail/packages in accordance with postal regulations. Package and process outgoing overnight items, i.e. Federal Express, UPS, etc., to meet client and vendor deadlines. Log and deliver incoming overnight packages within established time frames. Performs administrative duties from inserting, copying and photocopying to faxing as needed.

I managed the day-to-day operations for the print center located at GuideStone Financial Resources. My duties included digital copies, designing and building books as well numerous other projects. We also maintained approximately 120 copiers and printers.

Design phone lines for new customers, adding equipment for the type of lines the customers require (Voice, Data, or Fax). Specifically for T1 - Broadband customers (minimum 6 lines).Interacting with outside phone companies to insure the smooth transition for new customers to our service.

I was a Customer Service Team Leader on assignment for Pitney Bowes with TU Electric. My duties was to insurethe accurate sorting and distribution of large quantities of mail with delivery on a time-pressured schedule. I was also responsible for the proper packaging and metering of all out-going mail, as well as the shipment of all packages with special mail services such as Federal Express and U.P.S.
