As the original distributor for KeyTrak I introduced the concept of electronic systems for monitoring and tracking for keys in the Multi-family and Auto Dealership markets. The sales team and support staff I deployed generated up to $4 million in annual sales of key tracking systems. Our effectiveness in generating satisfied customers resulted in viral sales of up to 85% of total sales volume. In the Multi-Family market our customers included Lincoln, Camden, Equity, Capstone and many others that people in that industry would recognize as market leaders. In the Auto Dealer market our penetration exceeded 90% in some large urban markets.The relationship with KeyTrak ended with its acquisition by Reynolds & Reynolds.
