The instructor of record for two sections of GNST 21203: Gender, Bodies, and Technologies.

This student manager coordinates workshops, professional development and new programs for all student media staff. They work closely with all managers, helping to coordinate collaborative programs across all STUM outlets. They oversee the @uarkstudentmedia social media accounts. Occasionally contributed to The Arkansas Traveler.

Assist with story development for August “Holidays Issue”, follow up communication with writers to ensure stories are delivered in a timely manner (publisher will assign stories), write stories for Holidays Issue, assist copy editor as needed, write at least 2 web stories per week, and assist with social media posts (looking at 3-4 a week; mostly reposts of events or stories from our website)

Named Best Radio Show Runner-Up in NWA by Citiscapes

As an intern, I reported to the press internship coordinator from whom I received semester-long as well as daily assignments. Responsibilities included query review, acquisitions marketing, peer-review correspondence, submission auditing, filing and version management, manuscript and art preparation, research, and data entry, and other tasks assigned by the acquisitions department.

Read copy and proofed to detect and correct errors. Worked with editor to handle conflicts and manage staff.
