When joining BCi I was assigned to support MediaKind in their custoer projects for a large telco in Europe; working on their TV platforms, including Cloud DVR, CDN, and advertising components. Primarily working on their global lab platforms used for acceptance testing ahead of rollout to various OpCos.I continued this assignment through to working with TechMahindra where my focus became the cloud DVR platform at the same end customer, where I responsible for both lab and production work including software deployment, upgrades, troubleshooting, and planning various activities.

After 3 years in the US I had an opportunity to return to the UK to become a global system integrator, where I was able to leverage my newly gained knowledge and experience. My recent focus has been with the Ericsson's CDN solution (Media Delivery Network) and Cloud DVR (Video Storage and Processing Platform), leading me to work on a number of customer tasks, primarily demo and proof of concept related activities, and various testing functions, including creating customer representative systems for problem replication purposes.
