I'm an Experienced Operations Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the retail and insurance industry. I oversee the entire operational process of our company. This includes, but is not limited to, Human Resources, Payroll, Onboarding, Training, Sales Targets, Facilities, Budgets, Projections, Reporting, and Business Analytics.Aside from my purely operational role, I work hand in hand with our customer service team to provide the best customer experience possible. In addition, I work with all levels of the company to ensure that our systems are always working seamlessly, and that all employees have the necessary tools to succeed. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, I am 100 percent devoted to the customer experience, which is how I’ve come to be successful in every position that I’ve had to this point. In my current operational role, many of my “customers” are employees of the company, and I am devoted to ensuring their success, as well as that of the company as a whole. If the customer is number one, then everything else is just a continuation of that.Personally, I'm a devoted sports fan, and my natural competitive nature ensures success in my professional life. As a former NCAA Division 1 Athlete, I've learned to have a tireless work ethic, and it has prepared me for a lot of challenges professionally.
