Human Psychology in these contexts is as important as automation and artificial intelligence. Key to unlocking the potential of all humans is DE&I, a lifelong journey of learning, impactful discussions, and action. At times having struggled to reconcile my LGBTQ+ identity in the workplace, I use these experiences to tap into empathy and push the needle forwards towards truly celebrating diversity, demanding equity, and fostering inclusion for all people.Growing up in both Madrid, Spain, and Los Angeles, California, I developed a passion for pushing myself outside of my comfort zone. Outside of the office, I am an avid traveler, hiker, and yoga enthusiast. I attended Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, where I was Captain of the tennis team and elected to student government and the entertainment board throughout.
