My name is Cameron Smith. I am eager to help businesses grow and develop successful habits. With the current economic and social changes occurring around us, it is detrimental for a business to be able to adapt to the digital age of marketing. After recently completing the marketing program at Durham College and furthering my business practices at Mosiac Experiential Marketing Company outside of my in-school learning, I am fully equipped and capable of helping a business excel with its digital presence.To further elaborate, I have strengthened my skill set through various job experiences in customer service, sales and entrepreneurship I am able to transfer my marketing skills effectively through online and offline channels. I have helped create an online presence for over 30 businesses in addition to teaching them how to market themselves through multi-channel strategies utilizing tools such as SEO, Google ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram & More. During my time at Durham College, I collaborated with a team that focused resources towards mental health initiatives for troubled youth. Within this project, I was responsible for graphic design, brand development, and marketing the initiative to local investors. These experiences provided me with the tools and experience to comfortably create an online platform and successfully market it to a target audience.With this being said, I am able to go above and beyond to help my clients create their digital presence through platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Square, and Squarespace. I have the ability to build an online store through Shopify or Woocommerce to further drive sales for a small or growing business. I have learned a variety of relevant skills that would help me to succeed in any marketing role such as Photoshop, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, landing page optimization, Facebook pixel tracking, and email marketing.I am confident in my ability to help develop and communicate a brand voice effectively for any company looking to take the next step with their product or service.
