Advisor to the Director of Environmental Licensing for Urban Land SubdivisionI worked on the environmental licensing of urban land subdivision projects, conducting environmental feasibility analyses, procedural instruction, and evaluation of environmental studies (EIA/RIMA, RIAC, RIVI). I prepared technical reports for the issuance of environmental licenses, ensuring compliance with the current legislation in the Federal District and the implementation of mitigation and compensatory measures. Additionally, I led the maintenance and updating of the directorate's geospatial database using GIS software and developed thematic reports and maps.

I was responsible for analyzing and georeferencing properties listed in the United States, using data extracted from listings, such as photos, addresses, and descriptions. I worked on creating geospatial data from non-georeferenced information, significantly contributing to the development and updating of a geospatial database for the real estate sector, utilizing GIS tools.

I worked as an External Sales Agent, responsible for prospecting and selling card machines and financial solutions from Stone. My role involved identifying the needs of merchants and business owners, negotiating and closing sales, as well as managing and maintaining customer relationships post-sale. I was also tasked with meeting established sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding the client base in the region. This experience allowed me to develop negotiation skills, effective communication, and adaptability to market demands.

Internship carried out at the Directorate of Environmental Licensing for Urban Land Subdivision. I supported the environmental licensing process for urban subdivisions, focusing on georeferencing projects and updating geospatial databases using QGIS. I assisted in the analysis and processing of licensing cases, prepared reports, and produced thematic maps. Additionally, I contributed to the evaluation of environmental studies (EIA/RIMA) and provided technical support to the team to ensure project compliance with environmental legislation. I was also responsible for digitizing and uploading physical documents to the government’s electronic information system (SEI), facilitating access and document management.

Intern in the Sustainability Coordination Department. I assisted in the preparation of environmental and sustainability reports, contributing to the development of internal strategies and actions to reduce environmental impacts. I participated in organizing events such as the ANA Award and the World Water Forum, supporting initiatives in environmental education and awareness. Additionally, I conducted research and data analysis to support strategic decisions related to sustainability and water resource management.
