Accomplishments: In charge of all Pier and Bearing reconstruction on the Driscoll Bridge. I was placed on this project to shorten the schedule by 30days..

Accomplishments: Timely completion of the Newark Vocational School Gym  On target completion of the Episcopal 19 Units (affordable housing) and 88 Units for Newark Housing, following the Affirmative Action Guidelines.

Accomplishments: Completed 42 homes from 4000sf – 5000sf, in less than a year, consistently meeting the proposed construction completion date. Implemented a new Inventory Material Control system that decreased the material overhead for the community. Executed strict guidelines in relation to safety and cleanliness that the building partners have to.

Accomplishments: Responsible for all “Fit Outs” of existing and new Enterprise Rent-A-Car store locations. Challenge: Many of the new locations had strict deadlines for their grand opening. Though there were many obstacles with town officials, inspectors and sub-contractors the timeline was consistently met. Responsible for all acoustical ceilings.

Accomplishments: Reduced operating costs by over $500,000 in less than 2 years by developing an in-house construction and maintenance staff. Decreased the length of time of office fit outs for new tenants from an average of 8–12 weeks to 3-6 weeks. Cut material and equipment expenses an average of 12% by negotiating and establishing valuable vendor.
