I am a Senior Principal Consultant and Senior Program Analyst at AVIAN, a leading provider of test and evaluation services and solutions for the Department of Defense. With over 12 years of experience at AVIAN, I have developed and demonstrated expertise in test and evaluation resource and information management of NAVAIR Systems, using various tools and platforms such as iTEMS NAVAIR Suite, QLIK Sense, & Tableau, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 products, including Azure Virtual Desktop.As the Engineering Change Proposal Team Lead and Assistant Technology Officer, I am responsible for ensuring the quality, governance, and technical assurance of engineering changes from draft drawings to final drawings and interim flight clearances. I am also a Flank Speed Champion and a Cloud Data Management Expert, helping to optimize and streamline the data management processes and workflows across the organization. I enjoy applying my analytical and technical skills to solve complex and challenging problems and deliver value-added solutions to our clients and partners.Besides my professional competencies, I am also passionate about giving back to the community and supporting education and veteran-related causes. I volunteer with SMCPS through The Patuxent Partnership, teaching robotics and quadrotor flying discipline to elementary, middle, and high school students. I am also a life member of the American Legion and VFW, a retired US Navy aviation electrician, recognized by the Department of Labor as an Aircraft Electrician Journeyman and an alumni of Warfighter Advance, and Bouldercrest.org Warrior PATHH programs. I strive to effect positive change and empower others by sharing my expertise and experience.
