Actively participation and member of IT Financial Management squad implementation across America's clusters. Through an Agile framework, as a team we have stablished a huge harmonization process in order to align all IT Financial processes and reporting of OPEX and CAPEX related to Danone IT Americas. Americas key responsible for ensuring all aspects of OPEX and CAPEX financial controls and reporting.

At Danone Brasil, I started my journey in IT Governance area with the mission of carrying out a ‘turnaround’ in the department, in relation to the financial processes of Budget, Forecast, Closing and reporting involving OPEX and CAPEX.The main objective was to raise the level of accuracy and transparency of the financial information of the IT department towards the 3 business units in Brazil (Yogurts, Waters and Specialized Nutrition), for the regional level reporting (Americas) and also to the headquarter (France).Main responsibilities / achievements:-Constant participation in Budget and Forecast discussions with company executives, both locally and regionally;-Consolidation, standardization and reporting of all IT financial reports related to OPEX and CAPEX (monthly / quarterly / annual) of the 3 business units in Brazil;-Focal point for building financial business cases for new IT projects with focus on supporting / benefiting the operation, as well as optimizing costs in the company's business units; -Leadership and pioneering in the project to implement the BI tool (MicroStrategy) for financial control and presentation of monthly results, budget and forecast of the IT department, as well as in the company's business units;-Daily interaction in the IT financial information consolidation project at the regional level through the BI MicroStrategy tool, with Danone USA; -Monitoring the team in the IT accounts payable process, with the suppliers / service providers hired by Danone Brazil;-Monitoring the team in the implementation of the capacity control tool for the Brazil IT team;-Coordination and review IT Governance team activities.

At Wolters Kluwer Prosoft I work as Financial Planning & Analysis Coordinator.With the support of the company directors, I have started the FP&A department at Brazilian subsidiary, in order to frame / meet the requirements of the corporate related to quality and standards (IFRS) of financial reporting disclosed from Brazil to Netherlands.The main responsibilities are:Consolidation and Report of all Financial statements to Wolters Kluwer Netherlands by Hyperion Financial Management;Follow-up and preparation of monthly results meeting material with CEO;Daily interaction with Wolters Kluwer Netherlands (English) regarding finance assumptions;Development of all financial reports in IFRS standard required by the corporation (Monthly / Quarterly / Annualy);Preparation of presentations regarding forecast, budget and strategic planning for shareholders (WK Netherlands);Sales department support regarding goals and KPI's assumptions;Constant participation in the forecast and budget plan of the Brazilian subsidiary;Follow-up and leadership of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) project at WK Brasil.

At Capgemini Brazil I worked as a Jr Financial Analyst, performing the following activities:Consolidation and Report of Capgemini Brazil Financial Statements (Hyperion);Daily interaction with Capgemini France (English) for finance assumptions;Preparation of monthly results presentations for the Vice-Presidency;Monitoring the Forecast and Budget process.The main achievements were:Receive and give full support to the Internal Audit Capgemini France;Actively participate in meetings with the Presidency;Actively participate in the company Budget planning.

Support Itau Directors in your budget control of respectively areas;Dissemination and creation administrative KPIs;Preparation executive presentations.The main achievements were:Participate all process of integration between Itau and Unibanco, culture change and staff.
