Member of the Transformation Office in Colombia, leading and developing strategies to improve the processes related to clients and businesses (Agile Quotation, Product Harmonization and Straight-Through Processing Product Design). Main activities:- Develop the business plan to grow Group Product-related businesses (Auto Fleet, Condominium, Group Life and Health).- Lead the Product and Organization teams in the preparation of the operational efficiency and of new solutions for the Issuance and Collections processes (payment methods, Delinquency Management, and Automatic Termination for Non-Payment).

Responsible for the Accounts Receivable department, led a team of twelve people distributed across the Collections (Premiums and Other Receivables) and CommissionsMain activities:- Implement a solution to add flexibility to the Selection of Banks for Collection.- Implement the automatic Delinquency Management process.- Reduce administrative costs and response times of the SLAs of internal clients and brokers.- Restructure the Automatic Cancellation for Non-Payment process across the company (Massified and Corporate Lines).- Develop solutions for the automatic reconciliation of all statements and for the automatic accounting in local and international currencies.

Map all processes and KPIs of the Finance and Marketing boards.Organize and structured the new initiatives and solutions of the Finance Board.Control the Project Plan (Processes and Technology) of the Finance Board (Treasury - Collections and Payment, National Accounting and IFRS, and Asset Management).Prepare the process to recover Debit Balances from Commissions, standardize the bank statements and streamline payment methods on SAP.
