Successfully launched KIPP DC's in-person learning program in 2020-2021, managing 17 schools and over 2000 students and staff, recruiting and managing a team of 450+ staff members, and developing program strategy and training. Codified program management with district-wide COVID testing and contact tracing stance and created prototype of automated contact tracing tool, reducing notification time by 48 hours.Conducted research to implement a first-of-its-kind fully virtual school model in August 2021, interviewing K-12 education experts, creating staffing models, writing job descriptions, developing a marketing and communications strategy, engaging in financial modeling, and presenting progress to executive-level and board members. Launched and managed a fully virtual school, supporting enrollment and onboarding for all 280 families with 1:1 support.Revamped enrollment strategy and trained team members on best practices resulting in hundreds of new enrollments, district revenue, and higher parent satisfaction rates. Created a new process utilizing Salesforce, Qualtrics, ZenDesk, and Google Sheets, resulting in 500+ enrollments within 2.5 weeks.
