Essential responsibilities of this role include administering all aspects of HealthCare Industry Representative credentialing at a corporate level. Verify all professional education, licensing, training, & certifications of HCIR to ensure they meet all established federal/state standards.Responsible for supporting day-to-day Human Resource operations, tasks, & projects while supporting BK employees & the HR Team as a whole.Other aspects of this role include working with vendor credentialing organizations to resolve issues & ensure rep access to medical facilities, assist with development & updating of policies/procedures related to the credentialing process, train/onboard new hires on credentialing policies/procedures, assist with the onboarding & recruitment processes as needed, prepare & maintain reports/records of credentialing activities, and support international credentialing requirements as needed.

Main responsibilities of this role include coordination of credentialing and re-credentialing of Primary Health Network providers and sites, file maintenance, software management, data tracking, and executive team collaboration. The main responsibility of this role was building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of new, qualified candidates for available substitute positions in the Greater Pittsburgh area. This position helped me further my skills in schedule maintenance, time management, data configuration, and reporting.

This role provided me with the opportunity to work closely with various student athletes, coaches, administrators, and other medical professionals. Main responsibilities of this role included evaluating injuries, establishing plans of care, selecting appropriate treatment, and carrying out necessary rehabilitation interventions. Management of patient safety regulations was an essential part of this role. Often participated in professional growth and development in the field of sports medicine to further personal knowledge and favorable patient outcomes.
