Oftentimes she helped me on the techy side of things to get my animations working in Blizzard's engine when I ran into issues. Due to being newer to the pipeline, I sometimes bungled the animation export/import processes more often than I wanted to, but Caitlin showed thorough understanding of the engine side and amazing patience in helping me set things right with my shots. She was a credit to her team and made me think more highly of the culture at Blizzard and Overwatch 2. I would also say she was one of the best communicating animators I can remember working with. You should hire her." and "Cait was a dream to work with. She hit the ground running when she joined our team. She learned our proprietary game engine incredibly quickly and was soon implementing animation assets from vendors, setting up files for future content, and creating and implementing her own animation work as well.
