Provides direct support and aid to the CEO and CFO; ensures compliance with the organization's policies and procedures as well as public records laws; and helps carry out the organization's mission, vision, and values. Assists with all aspects of accounting, including: processing and maintaining accounts payable invoices, preparing weekly cash analysis and draw down reports to ensure compliance with funding sources, preparing and monitoring operational budgets and expenditure reports for submission to the CEO, DEO, and Board of Directors, assisting with general ledger entries and preparation of financial statements, preparing information required by monitors and external auditors, subrecipient monitoring, cost distribution of labor hours, etc.Manages all official Board operational files and records including board nominations and appointments, demographics of membership, terms of appointments, committee and board minutes, official correspondence and other board documents, and coordination of meetings and conference calendars, agendas, and travel arrangements. Coordinates all aspects of Board, Committee and partner meetings on behalf of the CEO and CFO. Coordinates the CEO's daily schedule; assures that all arrangements, materials, research, tools, and services which the CEO may need for each meeting or event are planned for, prepared, and available when needed. Assists with the preparation of board newsletters, RFP development, grant submittals, plan reviews, etc. Maintains records of MOU's, submitted grant applications, and other pertinent information. Preparation of routine correspondence, expense reports, travel arrangements, accommodations, and auto rentals. Provides administrative support to other leadership team members and their departments as needed.
