I was born and raised in Hong Kong and lived there until I came to the United States for college. I attended Wake Forest University where I majored in Business & Enterprise Management with a concentration in Consulting, and minored in Chinese Language.After completing my undergraduate degree in December 2018, I moved to Charlotte, North Carolina for my job as an Associate at Red Ventures. During my time on the Creditcards.com team I monitored and reported on site performance, with daily communications with senior leadership. I piloted on-site experience testing for all of our Paid Search volume and led a Calculators redesign. After moving over to the Bankrate Mortgages team in May of 2020, I continued to develop my communication, cross-team collaboration, and analytical skills.I was promoted to Senior Associate in August of 2021 and began to take on larger responsibilities for Bankrate Mortgages. I not only owned the reporting for our Rate Table Redesign, but leveraged my data and analytics skills to find areas of the site to optimize and improve upon. I worked closely with our SEO team to optimize our on-site experience according to EEAT guidelines and ultimately grow our SOV. In June 2022 I moved over to the Bankrate Home Equity team where I led our Customer Experience efforts and optimized our site which had been relatively untouched for years.I am currently on our Bankrate Credit Cards team where I lead Customer Experience for our Marketplace pages.
