I made the pivot into Human Resources after a decade of managing multiple high-volume retail stores on the East and West coasts. My time in retail was never boring and equipped me with the ability to think on my feet, multi-task like a pro, and understand the ins and outs of running a business. From building high-performing teams from the ground up, navigating sensitive employee relations issues, creating and facilitating leadership training, and overseeing large-scale recruitment efforts, I built the skills necessary to jump head-first into a career in HR.As a Senior HR Consultant, I use my expertise to guide clients through the ideation, development, and execution of impactful, scalable HR solutions to drive organizational change. I am passionate about helping my small to mid-size business clients stand out in the recruitment space through defining their employer brand, creating core values that tell a story, and handling the full-cycle recruitment of niche, need-to-fill roles.Being no stranger to a rapid, ever-changing environment, I’m able handle multiple HR issues with ease. Whether it’s creating policies and procedures, guiding management through employee performance issues, creating sustainable compensation structures, defining and documenting HR processes, or ensuring legal compliance, the work I do supports my clients throughout all stages of growth.In my free time I’m a competitive powerlifter 🏋️‍♀️, vegan food enthusiast 🍜, and a full-time cat mom 🐱I received my aPHR certification in January 2022
