Community Voice Program Manager (Community Insights And Partnering)
CurrentManage daily operations, co-lead strategic direction, and support budget planning for 5-person team and 2,000+ community members to bring diverse community insights into research, care, and programs. Develop standard operating procedures, templates, and tracking methods to standardize projects, mitigate risk, provide quality assurance, and improve clarity and accessibility of communications. Lead strategic communications planning, expanding public-facing messaging, including emphasis on emerging research and other timely topics, resulting in significant engagement of new members. Applied experience with survey development, focus groups, interviews, and other qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.
